WALK THIS LAND

africa TRAVEL GUIDE

HAKUNA MATATA

My first experience of Africa was a month trip to East Africa earlier this year and already i'm desperate to return to see more. If you love natural beauty, Africa is perfect destination and will awaken the senses. The diversity of land was unexpected for me; endless golden plains in Tanzania, Botswana's lush greenery, azure waters in Zanzibar; so different yet all so stunning. The big attraction for me was to see Africa's wildlife and it didn't disappoint. Big cats lazing in the shade their hearts visibly still pounding from a hunt, towering giraffes crossing the horizon, blood soaked hyenas sharing a kill, watching the sunset to the sound of a distant lion roaring, every second spent on safari is so special and you know those moments will forever be etched in your mind. And thats just one side of Africa, theirs the smiling faces of the children, the rich diverse cultures and natural wonders to explore. I fell in love with Africa and cannot wait to continue to African adventure. Check out the top travel destinations in Africa and start your next adventure here.

The jeep hood popped, we started our way into the park, the desert heat and golden dust washing over us. It quickly became apparent why the Maasai named this area the Serengeti, meaning “endless plains”. The wide open golden expanse seemed to go on forever and made spotting wildlife much easier than I expected.
